Series inspired by Biblical truth, spoken by THE very own women who have boldly shared their testimonies on our ministry.

Every week we will share a devotional along with a video, speaking life and truth through the Word.

Hi sweet friends! I am Maddie Joy. I am 19 years old, the oldest of 5 kids, and I am from San Francisco, California, but currently living in St. Louis, MO. My passion for speaking and writing serves many purposes, but it all comes back to KNOWING JESUS AND MAKING HIM KNOWN. First and foremost, I want to encourage others to walk boldly and confidently in who God has called them to be, as I have first hand experienced the reality that comparison is the thief of joy. I am also passionate about the power of vulnerability and sharing the “real life stuff” behind the pretty, put-together smiles we slap on so often, when it just isn’t always the reality (yes, even as Christians)…but He is so faithful to meet us there and work through those hardships. I desire to expose fear for what it is: a liar and a thief of dreams, as it held me captive for many years and champion those who follow my personal experiences as they live out the unique call set before them! Let’s change the world, together.

“TO THE GIRL WHO…” By: Maddiee Joy.

To the girl who is afraid or struggles with fear, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I will be the first to raise my hand and tell you that I struggle with this, I have always struggled with this. If there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that it is okay to struggle, we’re human! It’s another thing to allow the things we struggle with and places we are weak to keep us and paralyze us from pursuing the dreams that God has placed on our hearts. I came to a place in my life where fear was doing this, it was keeping me from good things. I had to make a decision and I encourage you to do the same: choose to listen to the truth of faith and the promise of Jesus more than fear!!! Let Him work on your heart, the more you dive into the truth of His character, the more fear will be exposed for what it is: a liar and a thief of dreams.

Here are some good places to start: 1 John 4:18 – perfect love casts out fear! Isaiah 41:10– DO NOT FEAR for I am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my righteous right hand. 2 Timothy 1:7- for He has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind. cling to truth, stare fear in the face. The things that most terrify you? do them anyways! Take the step knowing that He goes before you and that His plans for you are good and will come to pass if you are willing to take those steps to conquer fear. My life and even sharing this testimony is a picture of the fact that where we are weak He is strong and He will use our weakness for His glory. Fear does not own you and it will not have power or victory in your life unless you give it power and victory in your life. Let Jesus have the final say, fear doesn’t have to final say! walk boldly in that freedom and truth today!
